1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise using the website or services of OverWrite Relocation Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided over the phone, WhatsApp, or through our enquiry form are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on the actual volume of goods, distance, floor level, access conditions, and any additional services requested at the time of the move.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed once move details, dates and pricing are agreed upon. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends, interstate moves, or large household/office relocations, as availability is limited.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information about the goods to be moved, pickup and delivery locations, and access conditions (lifts, stairs, parking, society rules)
• Ensuring valuables, cash, jewellery, important documents and perishable items are moved personally and not left for our crew to pack
• Being available or nominating a representative at pickup and delivery to confirm inventory
• Settling payment as per the agreed terms

5. Prohibited & Restricted Items

We do not transport hazardous, flammable, illegal or perishable items, including but not limited to gas cylinders, chemicals, firearms, and inflammable liquids. Please inform us in advance if you have any items you're unsure about.

6. Liability & Insurance

While our team handles your goods with care, transit insurance is available as an optional add-on for additional protection. Claims for loss or damage must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting documentation.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible. Bookings cancelled with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation charge, particularly where a vehicle and crew have already been assigned.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms (advance, on-delivery, or milestone-based for larger moves) will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
